About Mountain View Car Wash

Mountain View Car Wash was established upon the new concept of automatic car washing: Express Car Wash.

Designed upon the concept of “Cheaper, Faster, Better”, Mountain View Car Wash offers the highest quality car wash experience in the north Georgia area.  We have set out to make car washing convenient, easy, and all at a great price.

Mountain View Car Wash was established in January of 2004, and is located in East Ellijay, behind Appalachian Beverage Store, and is owned by Bill and Cheryl Guthman. Bill, who started in the car wash business in 1992, manages the business, and is on site daily.  We are open Monday – Saturday, 9am -6pm, and Sundays 10am – 5pm.

We set out to bring the most advanced equipment to Gilmer County and the North Georgia area. Armed with this technology, and expert car washing knowledge, we provide all of our customers with the best possible car wash available. Our customers can also be assured that none of our car wash chemicals will damage your vehicles surface, and all are environmentally safe. We offer our customers the use of our central vacuum system, as well as our Simoniz® brand all purpose cleaner, and window cleaner at no extra charge. Plus, we recycle 100% of our water by sending it back to the county water plant. We always do our part to keep Gilmer County Green.

At Mountain View Car Wash, you can purchase a regular car wash, or add numerous extras, such as our 10 day wax, tire dressing, and we even offer a 30 day Teflon Protectant (which acts like a 30 day wax). We offer gift cards, discount cards, and a fleet wash program.  Plus, we have a fantastic fundraising program.
