After seeing a dentist, physician, ENT specialist and even a neurologist about pain and numbness I was experiencing in my face, Dr. Settel was the ONLY one that properly examined and diagnosed my TMD, and then went on to adjust my bite properly. Now the pain is gone! Amazing, caring, definitely well educated an extremely personable. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a dentist or a second opinion,

Dr. Settel is a great dentist and a wonderful human being. He helped me over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend for what I thought was a dental problem. Dr. Settel diagnosed it as a sinus infection and, instead of telling me to see my primary care physican, he called in medications to the pharmacy to relieve the pain and clear up the infection. For that, I am grateful to him and appreciate his kindness and caring. I will always recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a dentist who actually cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Settel.
