About The Humane Society of Blue Ridge

The Humane Society of Blue Ridge was formed to provide a safe and caring haven to all animals in need - large and small - that have been abused, neglected or abandoned. 

OUR MISSION is to promote respect for all living things, to provide for the welfare of abandoned, injured or mistreated animals and to find them loving, permanent homes.

OUR GOALS are to increase the awareness of animal issues through public education while striving to end euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals and to promote & offer affordable spay and neutering.

With your help we can reduce animal suffering in the Blue Ridge area.  Adoption, volunteering, participating in our special events & fundraisers, or making a donation to help support our efforts are all ways you can help the Humane Society of Blue Ridge make a difference in lives of abused, homeless, and neglected animals. All the animals in our care thank you for your support!
