Mountain Aire Realty has been in business since 1985 servicing Northeast Georgia and North Carolina through our two offices in Ellijay and Blairsville.  Mountain Aire Realty was started by Laura “Skip” Cowart (Broker) and her husband Melvin.  Their belief in providing simple mountain hospitality with honesty and integrity has made them a cornerstone in the community.  The company continues to be family run by Laura and still holds true to those founding beliefs.  We pride ourselves in our Community service with many of our agents belonging to civic organizations.  After all we believe that to be a good citizen you must give back to the area that has given us so much.
