ATTENTION ALL BARGAIN HUNTERS!! Our delightful "First Lady" will be hosting a yard sale at her home right here in The Summit from 9-6 on Friday, July 31st and Saturday August 1st!! Many bargains and great values will be there for the savvy hunter! For those who stop by and also tour our model homes, there will also be hourly drawings for the "soon-to-be-famous" custom Summit at Ellijay T-shirts. Ya'll come!!

July Financing Seminar at The Summit

Our financial seminars are off and running, but we have had a date change for our July session. Please note it will be presented on July 9th by Heath Armfield of Unity Mortgage. He will present information and answer questions on Reverse Mortgages. This seminar should prove interesting, we may all learn something. All financing seminars begin promptly at 6pm, in the Cypress Model on Lot 16,  with light refreshments served. You may reserve a seat by emailing us at debra@summitellijay.com.
