About Mr. P's

Open since 1979, Mr. P’s has been a family owned and run landmark in downtown Ellijay.  For over 30 years, Mr. P’s has been a “local” favorite, serving mouth-watering, homemade biscuits, specialty meat and vegetarian burgers, fresh salads, Barbeque smoked on site with our homemade sauce, as well as many other  favorites.  Mr. P’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner – all menus providing some the freshest, ready-to-order, prepared food you can find in Ellijay.

Mr. P’s newly remodeled restaurant provides a drive through window allowing patrons to pick up their phoned- in order. Or, you can make yourself comfortable outside on a picnic table while accessing their free WI-FI.

Daughter Kelly Bramlett now runs the day-to day operations.  At a time when most restaurants have high staff turn-over, this family business has employees that span much of their 30 years in operations.  Mr. P always said, “You can’t run a successful restaurant for 30 years  without quality food, good prices  and exceptional service.  We have deep roots in this community and have been blessed with loyal staff and loyal customers.”
