March - April Classes!

Crayon Box Jacket!   Thurs afternoon classes 1-3pm  $40

Gauge  Thursday mornings 10-12noon  $20

Beginning Knitting (Wed am 10:30-12 noon, Thurs 5:30 to 7pm, Sats am 10:30-12 noon)  These classes run 4 weeks and are $30 for all 4 weeks.  

Basic Socks             Tuesdays 10-12noon for 4 classes     $40

Sideways Jacket sweater.  Mondays 2-4pm,  with existing students.  

Pick your project class.  Tuesday afternoons - This will be your choice and will be Entrelac this month.        Three weeks 2-4pm starting 3/9    $30.

Lacy Yoke sweater Saturday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:30pm.  This class will be 4 weeks for $40

Remember that Wednesdays are Sit ‘n Stitch time.  We gather round the table and knit and crochet and chat.  Come have some fun and enjoy community with out knit/crochet family.  Free

Assistance available at $10 hourly assist rate.

The shop stocks a large selection of needles, hooks and notions as well as a wide variety of yarns from both major and specialty manufacturers. Janice and Karen maintain a varied selection of books, and patterns to assist our customers in their knowledge of and creativity in the fiber arts.

Whether you're a novice or experienced, Strings & Stitches offers a full range of knitting and crochet classes and open knitting sessions.  If you're stuck on a project or looking for new ideas, stop in. Class projects include knitting, crocheting, garment construction, pattern reading, basic socks, beginning lace, felting, fair isle knitting, entrelac, domino knitting, and so much more!  Classes are available days, evenings, and weekends and are updated monthly.  Please see follow link to the view the class schedule.
